Inspired by women’s leadership, the Women’s Forum for the Economy & Society continues to bring a distinctly female perspective to addressing the issues affecting all of humanity and engaging for impact towards resolutions.

Women’s Forum Canada will be a unique opportunity to generate concrete ideas to inform and influence the agenda of the G7 Summit. It will address a range of global issues, including gender equality, by unlocking the transformative potential of women’s leadership. To do so, it will focus on topics such as the role of the private sector in fostering inclusive growth, scaling investment in women-led businesses, urban planning as a accelerator of climate action, the social implications of technological change and many more.

Women’s Forum Canada highlights will include:
  • 600 influential business, institutional and political leaders from the G7 countries and beyond, gathering to engage in high-level debates and move towards concrete solutions
  • Plenary and roundtable sessions, debate and workshops with more than 20 sessions and 60 speakers
  • Gala Dinner taking place Thursday, 10 May at the Royal Ontario Museum
  • Networking opportunities over breakfast and lunch during the two days of the Forum (Thursday 10 and Friday 11)
  • High-level Mexico Delegation represented, building on the success of Women’s Forum Mexico in November 2017
