Associate Director, Gender Initiative and Social Impact Initiative
Neha Thakkar is with INSEAD’s Hoffmann Global Institute for Business and Society in the dual role of Associate Director of Gender Initiative and Associate Director for Asia of Social Impact Initiative. Neha works at the intersection of academia, public and private sector translating research into policies, programmes and behavioural nudges. She is also an entrepreneur, driven to empower girls and women in particularly disadvantaged contexts. She has over 16 years of experience with companies and organisations of global reach and influence, working towards systematically empowering people and communities that are marginalised. Neha has a Master’s degree in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School as a Mason Fellow, where she was bestowed the 'Raymond Josephine Vernon Award' for academic excellence and distinguished contribution to the community.
