Connie Heng is Head of Clifford Chance's Capital Markets practice in Asia Pacific. During her 20-year career, she has assisted many Hong Kong and Chinese issuers with their securities offerings in the
international debt capital markets and has advised on numerous landmark transactions. She is a member of the Firm's Global Wider Leadership Group and has represented the Firm as part of its
delegation to the World Economic Forum in Davos since 2012. Connie is an active supporter of diversity and gender issues and chairs ‎the Clifford Chance Hong Kong Women's Network. She is also
on the board of the Karen Leung Foundation which aims to save lives by reducing the impact of gynaecological cancers in Hong Kong. She holds a BA in law from the National University of Singapore
and lives in Hong Kong with her husband and two young daughters.
