Having worked in political communications in the UK, US & EU for some 30 years, Julia set up a women-owned business (Blueprint) in 2003 to provide strategic communications counsel to international firms.In 2008 she sold Blueprint to FTI Consulting (NYSE:FCN) where she is currently Senior Managing Director and sits on the European Leadership Team.She has held various Non-Executive Director roles including at SustainAbility, a privately held UK & US think tank and consulting firm.Julia has been involved in the Women’s Forum since the outset and was a member of its Belgian Founding Board.She is British with an MA in English literature from Downing, Cambridge; has one son and lives in Brussels.
