Ming Chen is Chief Culture Officer at EF Education First, the world's largest international education company focused on language, travel, and cultural experiences. As EF's Chief Culture Officer, Ming holds the 'secret sauce' recipe of EF's extraordinary culture which has helped the company grow from a small entrepreneurial business based in Sweden to a multinational conglomerate that spans over 50 countries and employs more than 50,000 people. A graduate of Harvard College and Harvard Business School, Ming also runs (67 marathons to date), writes children's books and blogs. She is a board member of the Keswick Foundation and is an ambassador for the athleisure brand Sweaty Betty.
