Simon Woollard leads Human Resources of Nissan in Asia and Oceania. Simon is responsible for partnering with the business to achieve sustainable growth and supporting the transformation of Nissan operations across Asia and Oceania.
He has over two decades of experience in Human Resources and Psychology. He joined the company in 2013 and has held leadership positions in Human Resources Strategy, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Organization Development and Human Resources Transformation. He holds professional qualifications from University of Ballarat (Australia) and is a registered non-practicing Psychologist.
