Jennifer is highly experienced in large scale financial transactions, supporting public and private sectors across Asia. Jennifer’s sector expertise includes Power & Energy (electricity generation/transmission/distribution and gas pipelines), Transport (Urban Rails, Toll Roads and Bridges, and Ports terminals), Water and Telecommunications/Fibre Network. Prior to joining PwC in 2008, Jennifer worked in Singapore Power Ltd and SMRT Corporation Ltd focusing on project management/evaluation, financial modelling and financial/strategic planning. Jennifer left PwC in 2014 to join Singtel as Finance Director, responsible to bring Singtel’s national fibre network company to public listing. Jennifer reported directly to the Group Chief Financial Officer and senior management, and managed a team more than 15 internal professionals and an external team of 8 banks, 3 law firms and 3 big 4 accounting firms to complete the iconic listing of NetLink NBN Trust on Singapore Stock Exchange in 2017. The S$3.2b Initial Public Offering was the largest in Singapore since 2011 and the third largest in Asia in 2017.
