I am the Deputy Dean of ESSEC Asia-Pacific, Academic Director of ESSEC Global MBA France-Singapore, and a Professor of Management. As Deputy Dean I cocreate and drive strategy implementation for academic and outreach initiatives in line with group strategy. I supervise the Academic Affairs and the Career Services and Corporate Relations teams. In the Global MBA, I focus on admissions, academics, and participant journey in France and Singapore. My research focuses on systems used to identify, select, and develop managerial and executive talent. I teach all topics under leadership in MBA and Executive Education programs. I have lived in India, USA, France, UAE and am now based in Singapore.
