Alicia Yi is the Vice Chairman of Korn Ferry’s Asia Pacific Consumer Market. Based in Singapore, she is also member of the Board & CEO Services Practice. Alicia brings to Korn Ferry a strong human capital consultancy background. In her current position as Vice Chairman, Asia Pacific Consumer Market, she works closely with global and regional multinational companies to build and develop high performing leadership teams. Alicia is an active member of the Young President Organization (YPO). She is on the Advisory Board for Women’s Forum for the Economy & Society. She is also a frequent speaker on leadership, human capital strategy and diversity & inclusion. Alicia received a bachelor’s degree in economics from Northwestern University in Illinois, USA.
