Zoe Kinias is an Associate Professor of Organisational Behaviour and the Chair of the Organisational Behaviour Area at INSEAD. She is the Academic Director of INSEAD’s Gender Initiative and directs the
INSEAD Gender Diversity Programme. Professor Kinias ’ primary expertise focuses on diversity, equity, and inclusion and on resiliency bolstering interventions. Her diversity, equity, and inclusion research often falls at the intersection of gender and culture, currently investigating methods for improving gender balance—in terms of numeric representation and experiences of valuing and respect— in multinational organisations. She teaches and presents to diverse groups including academics, students and alumni, and professional organisations.
