Holding a master degree in Civil Engineering from Central Paris, Julien has more than 17 years of professional experience in the construction industry, having worked in London, Hong Kong, Budapest, Bangkok, Yangon and Singapore, on diverse projects such as Luxury Residential Condominium, mixed use large developments and Sports Arena, under Design & Built or Public Private Partnership schemes.
Julien is currently the Managing Director for Dragages Singapore and South Asia, and is responsible for the company’s operations in Singapore, Malaysia, Myanmar, Indonesia, and Sri Lanka.
He is passionate that the construction industry is being revolutionized with digitalization and prefabrication.
