Andrew Phong Vo is a Managing Director and Head of HR for Asia Pacific, Africa, and Middle East (AAPAC) at Accenture. Based in Singapore, Andrew is modernizing Accenture’s Growth Markets Human Resources (HR) organization focused on talent strategy, talent acquisition, capability / leadership development, and succession planning enabling the growth of ~300,000 employees across seven geographic units and 14 countries. In this role, Andrew partners directly with senior business, geographic, and corporate functions leadership to design, prioritize, and execute a shared growth and talent ambition across the region and within each market. Prior to his current appointment, Andrew spent 23 years in North America’s consulting organization as a senior client account executive and practice lead responsible for driving sales / revenue growth in the energy, financial services, and utilities industries, specializing in commodity trading and corporate finance.
