Aruna Jayanthi is the CEO of Capgemini, the group's main delivery center and innovation hub with over 35,000 employees, in charge of business operations in consulting, technology, and outsourcing in India. Aruna was Capgemini's Global Delivery Officer for Outsourcing, Improving its quality, productivity, profitability for Capgemini worldwide. Joining the firm in early 2000, she was part of the core team that set up the offshore capabilities. Recently identified as one of the 25 Most Powerful Women in Indian Business (Business Today), she has over 25 years of experience in IT and in multinational and Indian system integrator companies. Aruna holds a Master in Management Studies in Finance.
