Heang Chhor is the Founder and Managing Partner of Qualgro, a Venture Capital firm based in Singapore, investing in technology companies in Southeast Asia and AU/NZ. Until 2015, he was a Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company, a member of McKinsey Global Board, and has worked many years in Europe and the last decade in Asia, especially in Japan (Head of McKinsey Japan) and in Southeast Asia. He advised multinationals on their growth strategy and performance improvement. He has experience and network in Consumer, Retail / e-commerce, Banking / Fintech and Technology areas. He is a French citizen, was born in Cambodia, educated in Europe and has worked across continents.
