Global Chief Client Officer
Jennifer has over 25 years experience in brand strategy and market research in global contexts. She graduated with an MBA from Bocconi University. After early experiences in Sweden (Financial Services, Akzo Zout Svenska) and Canada (General Services, Queen’s University at Kingston) she entered the Corporate Strategic Planning Department of Pirelli group in Milan. She then joined Nielsen to manage account executive teams working with global clients in the areas of Retail and Consumer panels. She joined Ipsos at the beginning of the new millenium, she became CEO of Ipos in Italy from May 2015 to January 2018 when she took over her current role as global Chief Client Officer for Ipsos. In this capacity she heads the Global Client Organisation, the structure responsible for managing Ipsos’ relationship with the company’s largest global clients such as Google, Microsoft, Volkswagen, Sanofi, Procter & Gamble, L’Oréal, Ferrero. She is a member of the Ipsos Partners Supervisory Board, the Ipsos Board of Directors and the Ipsos Management Board Executive Committee.
