Description
Lucia Calvosa was born in Rome and has been Chairman of Eni’s Board since May 2020. She has an honours degree in Law from the University of Pisa and is Professor of Commercial Law at the same university. She has been registered with the Pisa Bar since 1987 and works as a lawyer dealing with specialised aspects of corporate or bankruptcy law. She is an independent director in the board of CDP Venture Capital Sgr SpA and Banca Carige SpA, Chairman of the board of directors of Agi SpA – Eni Group and of the Board of Directors of Fondazione Eni Enrico Mattei (FEEM). She is a member of the General Council of the Giorgio Cini Foundation, and Chairman of the Italian Corporate Governance Committee
