Description
Ashley Dartnell is the Boston Consulting Group's Global Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and leads BCG's internal DE&I initiatives as well as the thought leadership and Seat at the Table relationships. She has held a variety of roles at BCG on the consulting team and as Head of International Campus Recruiting, where her focus was on improving BCG's hiring diversity. She has significant experience in the media industry, having worked both on the business side and also in film and television production. Most recently she has held board positions both in media and social impact companies. She is a published author. Ashley lives in London with her husband and has three children.
