Description
Gabriele Haessig is responsible for communications, public affairs and sustainability at Procter & Gamble (P&G) in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. She is also a registered lobbyist for P&G in Berlin. Prior to her move to the top of Corporate Communications in 2012, she was in charge of international communications for P&G Prestige's country organizations and previously managed the Group's brand communications in the DACH region. Before that, she served as Brand Director and business leader of several categories of P&G in Germany, the Nordics and Europe as well as championing category management and e-commerce in the late 90s/early 2000.
In addition to her duties as Managing Director Communications & Sustainability of P&G DACH, Gabi is involved as Vice Chair in IKW (Industrieverband Körperpflege- und Waschmittel), on the board of the German Packaging Institute dvi, Director of the AmCham and engaged in various social and environmental initiatives like enactus, where she serves on the board as well as serving on the board of trustees of the Rheingau Music Festival. Gabi is married and has two grown-up sons.
