Description
Véronique Tran is a professor of Organisational Behaviour at ESCP Business School and currently Dean and Rector of the Berlin Campus. As such, she is determined to lead all stakeholders to face education, business, and society challenges in a responsible way. This includes advocacy for gender equality as well as for diverse and inclusive work environments.
She earned her Doctorate in Psychology from the University of Geneva, Switzerland. She has extensive experience in international management, executive education, and executive coaching with an expertise in personality, high performance diverse teams, group decision-making, leadership, and emotional competence.
