As a Principal in the Leadership, Change and Organization Practice Sarah has extensive experience in business integration, operational excellence, program and change management. Her experience spans across several industries and continents, with a primary focus in consumer goods, financial services and health.
Her work in propelling people-centric change with a vision for long-term success means that she is passionate about building lasting relationships that are focused on building capabilities and providing the tools that enabling organizations to own the change.

Sarah is part of the leadership team of the UK Gender Alliance and Inclusion Network (GAIN) and Diversity Council – and co-leads the Networking and Outreach pillar of GAIN at a European level. She has spearheaded the Kearney International Women’s Day Forum since its inception in London, and enjoys working with teams across the globe to expand the conversations and concept.
Sarah who is originally from the USA, where she studied Environmental Science, after which – seeking out an international perspective and adventure – continued her studies at Oxford in Environmental Policy. Prior to Kearney she worked in technology, innovation and intellectual property. Consulting has enabled her to pursue he passion for travel to new locations and constantly learn about new cultures, though for most of 2020 she has enjoyed a more stationary passion – indoor cycling/spin.
