Description
Joyce is a Co-founder of Safi Organics, a company that use a combination of hardware technology and proprietary recipes validated/tested by Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) to enable us to decentralize fertilizer production at a village-level basis primarily using locally available labour and residues. She has 6 years of “hands-on” experience in the economic empowerment of rural smallholder farmers, women, and youths.
As an environmental enthusiast she is passionate about empowering the youths and smallholder farmers in the rural areas in Africa.
In her work, she has been recognized as a Mandela Washington Fellow and she is an active member of the Rallying Cry Project.
