Description
Prior to joining Legrand in March 2021 as a Corporate Development Manager, Aurélie held different roles in corporate finance. She started her career at PWC in 2012 in the Transaction Services department, where she conducted several due diligence processes globally and for various sectors. She pursued her career joining CNIM in 2016 as the head of the M&A and strategy department, a French industrial engineering contractor and equipment manufacturer, specialized in environment, energy, defense and high technology sectors.
Broadly involved in social activities, she has launched the women’s rugby and basketball varsity teams, currently treasurer and an active member of an improvisation theater society.
