Description

Calvin Crosslin is Lenovo’s Chief Diversity Officer (CDO) and Lenovo Foundation President. In his work as CDO, Crosslin enacts industry-leading inclusion initiatives created from a research-based strategy. These initiatives support Lenovo's continued steps to ensure its workforce reflects Lenovo’s customers and society. Crosslin serves in numerous committee and board leadership roles within Lenovo to strengthen Lenovo’s social impact programs. In particular, Crosslin serves as President of Lenovo Foundation, overseeing Lenovo’s global giving with a focus on empowering underrepresented populations with access to technology and STEM education.
