Description
Elizabeth Johnston is the Executive Director of the European Forum for Urban Security (EFUS), a network and think tank gathering more than 250 local and regional authorities, focused on creating holistic and inclusive security policies throughout Europe. Trained in political science in France and the US, she previously worked with local authorities, served as program director at the French-American Foundation, and as Violence Prevention Expert at the World Bank, in Washington. She is also a lecturer at SciencesPo Paris and University of Lige and sits on the Board of the Global Parliament of Mayors.
