Maureen Greene James leads the firm’s efforts to attract, retain and develop diverse talent and maintain an inclusive culture. She plays a pivotal role in creating and leading the diversity, inclusion and belonging strategy in partnership with the firm’s Executive Committee and segment leadership globally. Prior to FTI, Maureen spent her career in people and inclusion roles with American International Group, Washington Mutual (now JPMorganChase), Cognizant, and PwC, where she held several people leadership roles, to include U.S. Talent Strategy Leader, Market People Leader, and National Human Capital Leader for the firm’s finance business unit.
