Description
Fares was born in Lebanon and studied Electrical Engineering in Washington, D.C. He joined P&G in 1988. He has had various assignments in plant management, leadership roles in the supply chain as well as a commercial leader role. In 2017, in addition to his current role as Senior Vice President - Product Supply and Go-To-Market Operations for Europe, Fares was appointed to lead Integrated Global Supply Network Operations. Fares is a champion of Diversity & Inclusion, a strong advocate of supplier diversity and the sponsor of the P&G Supply Chain Women’s Network. He is also passionate about coaching the next generation of leaders, both inside and outside the company.
