Description
A French national with North Africa heritage, Jamila has been with P&G for 19 years, working in various Purchasing roles. As the Global Purchases Director at P&G, she led many Industry transformations project, in packaging/printing to Marketing agencies. Based in Geneva, Jamila now leads the expansion of the Women Economic Empowerment and Supplier Diversity program for P&G. Because of her story, she is personally passionate and engaged in promoting Gender Equality throughout the workplace, the marketplace (supply chain) and within communities. She graduated from the Engineering HS of les Arts & Métiers in France and EPFL (Lausanne). Her 3 daughters and family are fueling her passion. She is an SDG 17 advocate, and believes in the power of partnerships and collective action.
