Victoria Mars has built a career based on creating trusting relationships that yield mutual, impactful results. Her experience spans operations to governance over her more than four decades at Mars, Incorporated. A legacy of Victoria's career is her commitment to Mars Associates and making Mars a great place to work, which is reflected in the leading edge Ombudsman program she developed and which continues to support the business today. Victoria also served on the Mars Board for 15 years and was Chairperson from 2014-2017. Victoria is committed to the ideal that business can and should have a positive impact on society and the environment and has championed that belief as a businesswoman and fourth-generation member of the family that owns Mars, Incorporated.
