Based in New York, Kurt is the Founder and Co-Head of the Global Sustainability Practice at Russell Reynolds Associates. He is active across a number of industries as a senior member of several different practices, including Board & CEO Advisory Partners, Investment Management, Global Banking & Markets and Private Equity. He is a recognized industry leader across ESG and Sustainability, and a sought-after public speaker and guest lecturer who was recently named as a “Top Voice in the Green Economy” by LinkedIn. Kurt is a highly-regarded author on ESG topics, and a number of his ground-breaking white papers have been published by the Harvard Law School Forum on Corporate Governance.
Kurt received his BA in International Relations from the University of Virginia, and earned his Certificate in Sustainable Business from the University of Cambridge, and his Certificate in Sustainable Leadership from the MIT Sloan School of Management. Kurt is also a member of the Advisory Board of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) New York Chapter.
