Description

Emma Codd is the Global Inclusion Leader for Deloitte and leads the delivery of the organisation’s global inclusion strategy. Emma’s work in this role includes a focus on Respect & Inclusion; gender balance; LGBT+ inclusion and mental health, disability and neurodiversity. She is also proud recipient of Women in the City, Woman of Achievement Award (2015), Women in Finance, Ambassador of the Year award (June 2018) and in 2021 was awarded Honorary Membership by the Institute of Chartered Accountants for England and Wales for her work championing diversity and inclusion of women.
