Description
Gretchen May is a Global Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Boston Consulting Group. She leads insight creation and publication of BCG’s leading edge thought leadership on DE&I, including primary research through an external, global DE&I survey of 27K+ employees across industries in 16 countries. She has co-authored articles and research focused on inclusion-building best practices, caregivers in the workforce, and disability inclusion. Gretchen worked at BCG for four years as a Consultant in the Detroit office after graduating from Harvard University and the University of Chicago. She worked in the social impact sector with a focus on Education, Workforce and Economic Mobility, before rejoining BCG in 2022.
