Sandra Sancier-Sultan is a Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company. She is a global leader of our Digital and Analytics practice and serves banks, insurance companies and telecom leaders on growth strategy, operational and cultural transformations. Sandra is also very active in developing gender diversity initiatives and programs at her clients or internally at McKinsey. She regularly addresses conferences and the media on gender diversity and has coauthored for the past nine years the pioneering “Women Matter” series of research, building the case for more women at the top of Corporations. Sandra holds a degree from l’Ecole Supérieure des Sciences Economiques et Commerciales (ESSEC) and an MBA from INSEAD.
