Clear Channel has initiated a large program to work on their gender balance and more broadly fairness. As an outdoor medium, present in all public spaces from city centers to malls or transit place, we believe we have to connect with the diversity of our audiences and be a driver for inclusion. Through this partnership we wanted to illustrate internally for our employees as well as externally our commitment to support women’s action to get their fair share of economy and society. As many other media, OOH goes through a strong digital transformation with all the challenges that it implies. We want our women to be part of that transformation and to continue to contribute to making our company unique and performant.
