Dipty Chander work at Google as EMEA - GMP Tech Process Coordinator and is also president of E-mma association. For her, defending gender equality in different fields of IT is essential. Having experienced difficulties in evolving in the world of technology as a woman, Dipty took over the presidency of E-mma and is taking gender equality in the technology sectors further than ever before: in Paris along with other major cities of France and abroad. She sees failure as part of the path to success and her motto: determination.
