HR General Director of L'Oréal Group, world leader in the beauty market, Jean-Claude Le Grand has spent his entire career in the Human Resources business. He joined L'Oréal in 1996, where he was successively Business HR Director, Divisional HR Director, Director of global recruitment. Committed to corporate diversity, parity and inclusion at an early stage, he created the Global Diversity Department in 2006. Jean-Claude Le Grand is a graduate of the IEP in Aix-en-Provence and holds a DESS in HR of Paris Dauphine. In 2012 he was awarded the Legion of Honour.
