Has been involved in numerous transactions involving large state-owned industrial companies and has led advisory assignments for private companies and financial sponsors in a wide variety of industries including retail, healthcare, aerospace, industrials, natural resources, food and consumer.
Prior to her investment banking experience, she was a management consultant at Strategic Planning Associates (now Oliver Wyman).
A Masters Degree from ESSEC graduate school, Paris (France).
