Nici Bush is General Manager of Symbioscience, part of Mars Edge which is dedicated to human health and wellness through targeted nutrition. Her career at Mars spans over two decades across many business areas and countries around the world. Her talent for operations and supply chain led her to oversee Supply and R&D for the Mars Petcare, Chocolate and Food businesses, including the VP Global R&D and Supply for the Chocolate business. Nici has a Masters Degree in Chemistry from the University of Cambridge and is a Georgetown University accredited leadership coach. She is an active member of the Women of Mars program, and coaches and mentors colleagues and future leaders.
