Salma Bennani is an engineer and Managing Director of the Moroccan office of Wavestone, a leading consulting firm. Salma is regularly involved in assisting local governmental institutions and leading firms in their reorganization and/or digital strategy. Salma is one of the rare women managing a leading consultancy firm on the Moroccan market. Salma is strongly involved in the women rights cause in Morocco. She was selected in “Femmes d'avenir en Méditerranée”, a program developed by Sciences Po. Salma is also a member of ‘Mentor’Elles’ a network aiming to encourage women to fulfil their professional aspirations notably through a mentoring program.
