Paul joined ExxonMobil in 1995 after graduating in Modern Languages from the University of Cambridge. He is a commercial expert and has worked in both Upstream and Downstream sectors in London, Paris and Houston. In 2016, he was appointed Vice President of the Americas and New Markets organization and recently completed a special project within HR. Paul is a passionate supporter of I&D, is the Executive Vice President of ExxonMobil's PRIDE organization and was recently awarded the GRIT Male Champion award for 2019 in recognition of his support for women in the Oil and Gas Industry. Paul's wife, Lucy, is a renowned international arbitrator and they have 3 teenage children.
