Nadjia is a core member of the Technology Advantage practice at Boston Consulting Group and co-leads Financial Institutions for the UK. Her work focuses on helping banks, payments providers and insurers fundamentally change their technology systems, organizational structures and digital customer experiences. She is also the Diversity & Inclusion lead for BCG in the UK, overseeing all diversity networks and activity as well as heading up Women@BCG locally. A passionate advocate for empowering individuals -- and technology -- in the workplace, she has been recognized for her work within BCG and beyond, having placed on the HERoes 100 Women Execs List 2019.
