Alix is an Associate Partner at McKinsey and Company currently based in Paris; she has worked in 10 countries in Europe and Africa, managing large scale cross operational transformations on the one hand, and pursuing her passion for public sector on the other hand. She co-led the research and dissemination of the 2016 and 2017 Women Matter reports for McKinsey. Alix studied business management and public administration in five countries and is fully proficient in French, English, German and Spanish.
