After a first experience in banking and financial control, Aurélie chose to work in the retail offline and online distribution. This has allowed her to consider new organizational perspectives and to understand various fields such as customer success and digital strategy.
Integrating a start up and a robot advisor such as Gambit/Birdee enabled her to combine these diametrically opposed experiences.
As Birdee's Director, she is in charge of Operations, but her tasks are multidisciplinary. This motivating function requires real involvement and constant forward-looking questioning. As a fintech company, the power of proposal and action from all employees is of particular importance.
