Caroline Codsi is the President and Founder of Women in Governance (WiG), a non-profit created in 2010 dedicated to facilitating the access of women in executive roles and board positions. With the support of McKinsey&Co, WiG successfully launched in 2017 the first Parity Certification in Canada (now available across North America and soon globally). Caroline was recognized as one of Canada’s Top 100 Most Powerful Women in Canada and is a multiple national and international awards winner. She is also the recipient of the United Nations’ Women National Committee’s Gender Equality Award and was nominated Leader of the decade for diversity & inclusion at New Delhi’s Women’s Economic Forum.
