Alexandra Soto serves as Group Executive, Human Capital and Workplace Innovation of Lazard Group. In this role, her primary focus is on making Lazard the preeminent place to work for the best people in the financial services industry. Ms. Soto is a senior banker with over 29 years of investment banking experience focusing on cross-border transactions. She also serves as Global Chief Operating Officer of Financial Advisory, a position she has held since July 2018. She joined Lazard in London from Morgan Stanley in 1993. Ms Soto spends her time between London and New-York. She is a member of the Supervisory Board of Metro AG and served on the Bull SA board and audit committee for 4 years.
