Vickie Robinson joined Microsoft in January 2018 after nearly two decades in the service of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) in multiple leadership roles and most recently as Acting CEO and General Counsel of the Universal Service Administrative Co., an independent not-for-profit organization designated by the FCC as the administrator of the federal Universal Service Fund. As Director of Airband USA at Microsoft, Ms. Robinson draws upon her broad and deep command of Universal Broadband Access with the goal of assisting rural Americans to affordably get online and access applications and services powered by Microsoft’s Cloud.
