Caroline believes that the future of tech relies on women—a vision she is pursuing as founder and CEO of the initiative 50inTech. For several years, Caroline has worked to advance women entrepreneurs in the digital economy. She has served as the Managing Director of WILLA (ex Paris Pionnières), the biggest incubator for female founders in Europe, and as the Deputy CDO of the City Hall of Paris. She is also a board member of the French UN Women National Committee. 50inTech shapes a platform to meet and match with women in the tech industry, To crack the male-dominated code, 50inTech is seeking to build a women-centered solution that engages the entire ecosystem and includes men as allies.
