Nikki is the Country Co-Director of Ashoka UK with a core focus on partnerships to embed collaboration and changemaking for a better world into the corporate landscape.
Ashoka is the largest network of social entrepreneurs in the world. Since it started in 1981 over 3600 Ashoka Fellows have been elected in 93 countries. Today Ashoka works to bring its vision of everyone a changemaker to the world by working in collaboration with private philanthropy and the private sector for deep systemic impact.
Before Ashoka, Nikki successfully led the Social Innovation Strategy for New Zealand’s National Innovation Agency to change the funding landscape for social entrepreneurs.
She mentored social enterprises in accelerator programs and helped them raise capital. She is also a World Economic Forum Global Shaper and as previous Managing Director of a marketing and branding agency.
