Dirk Heinzl is a passionate Brand Builder and D&I leader at P&G. He is Global Brand Director for Female Shave Care, leading iconic brands such as Gillette Venus. He led the transformation of Venus from portraying a one dimensional version of Beauty to embracing the full spectrum of femininity today. Previously he served in several global, regional and local Brand & commercial positions within P&G across Europe & North America. Dirk has led the European LGBT+ network for 4 years, one of P&G’s 4 global affinity networks. He built the group into a strong, vibrant network and broadened its footprint from 4 to 19 countries. Dirk is passionate and driven to be a relentless advocate for equality.
