Sofia Merlo, graduated from HEC business school, joined Paribas in 1985. Career dedicated to Corporate Banking, Human Resources, and Private Banking. Since January 2012, Co-CEO of Wealth Management and since 2010, member of the Top 100 Executives of the BNP Paribas Group. Member of the Board of Directors BNP Paribas Fortis, BMCI Morocco, independent administrator at Linedata Services and Member of the Club XXIè Siècle. Engaged in promoting the women entrepreneurship in France and at international level, she launched in 2015 with Women Initiative Foundation, the BNP Paribas Women Entrepreneur Program at Stanford that gathered 200+ women entrepreneurs worldwide so far.
