Sandrine is Head of Change Makers & Prospective at BNP Paribas Group Communications, where she is in charge of culture management through tech and intrapreneurship. She has joined BNP Paribas as a computer science project manager and has worked in the IT department for 15 years. Wanting to raise awareness about tech among employees and beyond, she has launched the #EnjoyDigit’All initiative as an intrapreneur. In 2018, she formed together with colleagues a coalition named Digital Ladies & Allies x BNP Paribas to help bringing more diversity in tech, inside and outside the Bank. Next December, she will be holding an event to raise interest of women and girls in technologies.
